ITSF Team Event, Worlds in Dallas

Who is going to Worlds in Dallas? The flyer is now out, we have to build a team for the ITSF team event.. And i'm going this year!! So i can be one of the girls on the team ;)

Is Moya going to be there? And I heard Mario and Kane might be there? If there's more people, do we have a way to select the players who are gonna be on the team?

now that worlds is in no longer in vegas, i'm thinking we wont have as many Canadian's in attendance, so probably won't need to have a qualifier at the event. but if we do, i'd assume that would work again, the timing seems to work out.

If i remember correctly, the team calls for 6 men, and 2 women? i think you can have spares as well - 1 women, 1 man

So far we have, Me, Kane, Mario, (most probables), and possibly, Jeff, Matt, Darrel, Will, and Eric G.
I've seen on facebook that Matt is probably not going, but we all know how this goes. Who's actually going to miss a world championships?
and I have not heard from Moya, so Audrey, you might be the only Lady. Anyone else from out east thinking of going?

The most annoying thing about assembling this team is co-ordinating shirts, jackets, etc. in the past we've had everyone show up with their own shirt/jacket as entry fee into the qualifier.

I'd be willing to arrange to buy a bunch of shirts, if it makes things easier this time round - but sizes is always a gamble.

Looks like David Ahn is also going to Worlds (just saw post on vancouver foos board), so maybe we do need a qualifier after all, or some way to pre-determine who's on the team.

Is there a way you can talk to Moya and see if she's coming? I don't think there's any other people from Quebec going. Don't know about Ontario, and don't know about Kelly. I can try to ask Kelly.

So Moya is going to worlds - as is Jeff.

Looking good so far for a real strong team.

This could be our best chance to take down USA - i'm sick of finishing 2nd to them.
