Any updates on this tournament? I am thinking of running a qualifier for the event and sending the winners out to Edmonton.

With this format, I would get as many tables as you can. Also I would try to get people in charge of each of the groups to keep track of the matches and to make sure people are playing. That could have help me when I ran the last round robin event...
Hey Guys:
Sounds great. I don't think anyone from Ottawa would object to this event deciding the national team. We had our shot a couple years ago and we think it is great that this tournament is happening.
